| 摘 要： | 目的寻找一种灵敏性高的特异性诊断指标,以早期发现抗结核药物对肝脏的毒性作用.方法对110例健康及58例肺结核患者在用药中甘胆酸(CG)及肝功转氨酶(ALT)变化情况进行检测.结果用药的病人中有33例甘胆酸增高,与健康人及用药正常人比P＜0.01,且出现时间比转氨酶升高早.结论测甘胆酸可早期发现抗结核药物对肝脏的毒副作用,灵敏性高,适用性广.

| Abstract: | Objective To find out a sensitive and specific testing method to detect the toxic effect of anti tubercular drugs on the liver. Methods The changes in blood CG and ALT of 110 healthy individuals and 58 patients with pulomonary. Results CG in 33 cases among 58 patients rose, compared with healthy individuals P <0.01 and CG appeared earlier than ALT. Conclusion The toxic effects of anti tubercular drugs on the liver can be found in early stage by testing blood CG. |
