胃癌组织中Survivin的表达与细胞凋亡的关系研究

目的通过检测Survivin及相关指标在人胃癌组织中的表达及其与临床病理参数的关系,探讨Survivin对胃癌组织细胞凋亡的作用.方法采用免疫组织化学SP方法检测60例胃癌组织,7例正常胃黏膜组织Survivin,p53的表达水平.结果Survivin,p53蛋白阳性率分别为56.7%,65%;Survivin蛋白的表达与患者性别、年龄、肿瘤直径、TNM分期均无明显相关性(P>0.05),与组织学分级、淋巴结转移具有相关性(P<0.05);Survivin的表达与p53呈正相关.结论Survivin的过表达与胃癌的发生、发展及预后密切相关.Survivin具有抑制凋亡的作用.

On the Overexpression of Survivin in Gastric Carcinoma and Its Relationship to Apoptosis

Objective To investigate the expression of Survivin and p53 in gastric carcinoma tissue and its interaction with clinicopathologic parameters and to determine the effect of Survivin in the process of apoptosis.Methods To examine Survivin and p53 protein expression in 60 gastric carcinomas and 7 cases with normal lung tissue by using immunohistochemical staining technique.Results Positive rate of Survivin protein was 56.7% of 60 gastric carcinoma tissues(P<0.05).The expression of Survivin protein in gastric carcinoma was significantly related to the histological grades and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05),but had no relation with the elements of age,sex,diameter and TNM staging(P>0.05).p53 protein was 65% of 60 gastric carcinoma tissues,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The expression of Survivin was significantly associated with the expression of p53.Conclusion The over expression of Survivin was associated with process of carcinogenesis and prognosis in gastric carcinoma.Survivin played an important role in the apoptosis.
