微创手术治疗高血压引发脑出血99例临床观察

目的 探讨微创颅内血肿清除术治疗高血压脑出血的临床效果.方法 对2006年患高血压脑出血、出血量在30 mL以上的45例患者,行微创颅内血肿清除术与内科保守治疗的54例患者分两组对比治疗效果.结果 两组治疗统计结果 有显著差异.结论 微创颅内血肿清除术技术操作简单,损伤轻,能最大限度地解除患者病变的恶性循环,保留患者的生理功能,显著降低患者死亡率和致残率,提高生存质量,是目前临床治疗脑出血比较理想的方法 .

Clinical Observation on the Effect of Micro Surgery Treating 99 Patients with Cerebral Hemorrhage Initiated by Hypertension

Objectlve Discuss the clinical effect on the removal of minimally invasive intracranial hematoma in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 45 patients who suffered from hypertension, and intracranial hemorrhage above volume of 30 mL were performed the removal of minimally invasive intracranial hematoma. Intracranial hematoma and infernal medicine canservative treatment of 54 patients were divided into two groups and compared treatment. Results Statistical results of two groups were significant differences. Conclusion The removal of minimally invasive intracranial hematoma is simple, light damage to execute with the vicious cycle of disease and reserve the physiological function of patients, significant reduction in the mortality and morbidity and improving quality of life, it is an idea method to treat cerebral hemorrhage.
