摘    要:目的:通过研究TS对S180腹水肉瘤细胞超微结构及表面电荷的影响,探讨了TS抗癌作用机理。方法:采用细胞电泳测定法和电子显微镜观察法。结果:TS可破坏S180肿瘤细胞超微结构,使其细胞膜微绒毛变粗短,数量减少,线粒体肿胀;TS可使S180肿瘤细胞电泳率下降。结论:表明TS对S180肿瘤细胞有直接杀伤作用。

Abstract:Objective: To study the anti - cancer mechanism of total soyasoponin(TS) by examining its essects on the ultrastructure and surface charge of S180 ascites sarcoma cells. Methods: cell electrophoresis and eletromicroscope. Result: TS damaged the ultrastructure of S180 cancer cells, shortened and thickened the microvillus, swelled mitochondria. TS also decreased electrophoresis rate of S180 cell. Conclusion: TS has direct killing effects on S180 cells.
