| Abstract: | To improve the teaching effect of wushu routine courses,this research combined the offensive and defensive skills in wushu teaching,and compared it with traditional teaching method by using the experiment, questionnaire investigation and mathematical statistics.The results showed the new teaching method combining offensive and defensive skills was superior to the traditional one in terms of teaching effect. |
