| 摘 要： | 本试验采用细胞培养方法,检测心肌宁药物对感染CB_3病毒的心肌细胞和Vero细胞的保护作用。结果表明该药可明显阻止CB_3病毒吸附细胞表面、进入细胞及产生直接的灭活作用;明显降低培养细胞的病变程度,对Vero细胞和心肌细胞具有明显的保护作用,其保护率分别为87.4％和90.2％,对感染的心肌细胞,心肌宁明显减弱病毒的毒力,其作用呈良好的量效关系。

| Abstract: | Cell cultures were employed to detect the protective effects of Xin Jining on my-ocardial cells and Vero cells infected with CB3 virus. The results showed that it could signifcantly prevent CB3 virus from adsorbing cell surface and entering the cells, produce direct inactivating effects on virus, and evidently reduce the degree of pathological lesions in culture cells. It could offer significantly protective effects on Vero cells and myocardial cells with a rate of protection of 87.4% and 90.2% respectively.On infected myocardial cells, Xin Jining could significantly attenuate the virulence of virus with a good dosage - effect relationship. |
