| 摘 要： | 孕妇乙型肝炎或表面抗原阳性者对胎儿的影响已得到公认,本文通过对乙型肝炎病毒表面抗原阳性的孕妇在妊娠期间应用乙肝免疫球蛋白(HBIG)进行母婴传播的阻断疗效观察,显示HBIG联合乙肝疫苗对治疗组的阻断成功率为97.1%,疫苗接种成功率为82.4%,而未接种母婴阻断的乙肝病毒感染为15.96%,疫苗接种成功率为57.1%,明显低于治疗组.

| Abstract: | The impact of hepatitis B or positive surface antigen of pregnant women on fetuses is universally acknowledged. This paper is based on the observation of the curative effect of HBIG on pregnant women with positive virus of surface antigen of hepatitis B to interdict mother-fetus transmission during gestation. The results show that the success rate of HBIG combined with hepatitis B vaccine to interdict the transmission was 97.1% ; the success rate of vaccination was 82.4 % ; the hepatitis B virus infection rate without the motherfetus transmission interdiction vaccination .was 15.96%, and the success rate of vaccination was 57.1%, which was obviously lower than that of treatment group. |
