| 摘 要： | 高血压病是常见病、多发病,它是脑血管病的最常见原因,笔者就高血压与脑血管病的流行病学,高血压与脑血管疾病的关系,高血压与腔隙性脑梗死的关系,高血压与脑出血、蛛网膜下隙出血的关系,高血压性脑血管病的诊断、预防进行了探讨,提出了早期治疗高血压可降低脑血管病的发病率.

| Abstract: | Hypertension is a common, frequently encountered disease. It is the most common cause of the cerebrovascular diseases. This essay discusses epidemiology of hypertension and cerebrovascular diseases. It also probes the relationship between hypertension and lacuna infarct, hypertension and intracerebral hemorrhage, subarachnoid hemorrhage. The diagnosis and prevention of the hypertension cerebrovascular diseases was discussed. Treating hypertension in the early period can be reduce the morbidity and disablement rate of the cerebrovascular diseases. |
