摘    要:采用组织培养技术,研究了杉木自毒物质邻羟基甲酸胁迫对2个优良杉木无性系叶片渗透调节能力的影响.40,80 mg/L邻羟基苯甲酸胁迫浓度对2个杉木无性系可溶性糖含量的化感效应随时间变化由抑制效应转为促进效应,对01号的促进作用更大、更早,120 mg/L胁迫浓度均表现为抑制效应,对01号的抑制作用更小.邻羟基苯甲酸胁迫对杉木无性系组培苗叶片游离氨基酸含量表现为促进效应,胁迫浓度越高,促进作用越大,胁迫第30天时,40,80,120 mg/L胁迫浓度对01号促进效应指教分别达到02号的4,8,3倍,表明对01号游离氨基酸的促进作用强度远远大于02号.

Abstract:Continuous cropping systems have given a rise to a series of problems for sustainable production of Chinese fir with high quality and high yield. The autotoxic effect has been considered as an important obstacle to continuous cropping from previous investigations. Salicylic acid was found to have an autotoxic effect on Chinese fir in solution culture. The effects of different concentrations of salicylic acid on the lipid peroxidation and osmotic adjustment characteristics of the leaves of two clones by using techniques of tissue culture. At the level of 40, 80 mg/L concentration, allelopathic effect of the stress on soluble sugar content turned from inhabitation to promotion with the prolonging time. The promotion to No. 01 appeared earlier and showed stronger too. But at 120 mg/L concentration, the inhibitory effect occurred and that of No.01 was less than No.02. With regarding to free amino acid, the salicylic acid led to a promotional effect and the degree of promotion increased with the salicylic acid concentration. At the thirtieth day, the stress showed higher promotion to No.01 at all concentration levels, respectively 4 times, 8 times, 3 times as much as No. 02 at 40, 80, 120 mg/L concentration.
