| 摘 要： | 采用示皮极谱－DDTC滴定法测定磺胺类药物及其制剂的质量分数，它具有快速、准确、终点直观的特点，溶液的颜色、产生的沉淀、制剂中的赋形剂对滴定无影响，所测得结果与药典法无显著差异。

| Abstract: | A new method for the determination of sulfanilamides with oscillopolarographic titration with sodium diethyldithiocarbamate (DDTC) is described, which is rapid, precise and straight. There is no interference from the solution coloration, the precipitates formed during titration, and the excipient in the preparation. No remarkable difference was observed between the determined results and the documented method. |
