α-硫辛酸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效研究

摘    要:目的探讨α-硫辛酸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效.方法对收治的330例糖尿病周围神经病变患者进行回顾分析,随机分为2组,每组165例,观察组给予α-硫辛酸治疗,对照组给予甲钴胺治疗,比较两组治疗效果、治疗后神经传导速度改善情况和不良反应.结果观察组总有效率为92.7%,对照组总有效率为77.6%,比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.05);两组治疗前肌电图神经传导速度测定比较无统计学意义(P0.05);治疗后观察组肌电图神经传导速度(51.39±4.61)m/s较对照组(47.08±4.35)m/s有显著提高(P0.05);两组患者均完成治疗,无不良反应发生.结论α-硫辛酸可有效改善患者的临床症状和体征,改善神经传导速度,且安全性高,是治疗DPN的有效方法.

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of alpha lipoic acid on diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Method Retrospective analysis of 330 cases of diabetic patients were randomly divided into 2 groups of 165 cases. The observation group was treated with alpha lipoic acid, the control group was given mecobalamin, the treatment effects, the adverse reaction and improved nerve conduction velocity after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results Total effective rate of the observation group was 92. 7%,the total effective rate of control group was 77 . 6%, there was a significant difference ( P<0 . 05 );The nerve conduction velocity determination of two groups before treatment was not statistically significant ( P>0. 05 );After treatment, the electromyography nerve conduction velocity of the observation group is higher (51. 39 + 4. 61) m/s than that of the control group (47. 08+4. 35)m/s,it improved significantly (P<0. 05);The patients of two groups completed the treatment,no adverse reaction. Conclusion Alpha lipoic acid can significantly improve clinical symptoms and signs,nerve conduction velocity,and high safety. The treatment of DPN is effective.
