| 摘 要： | 讨论了虚拟车削系统的通信功能,提出了网络联盟企业中虚拟加工技术的一些概念及实现方法.针对虚拟车削系统的实时性要求,提出使用Windows Sockets开发的方案,并对网络上资源的共享进行了探索性的开发:加工参数的优化模块,远程培训模块,丰富了虚拟车削系统的功能,扩展了其应用范围.

| Abstract: | Communication function of virtual turning system is discussed. Some notions and realization methods for virtual machining technology in networked extended enterprise are brought forward. Considering requirement of real time in virtual turning system, project applying Windows Sockets is brought forward. Resource sharing in network is also studied. Modules of machining parameters optimization and long-distance training are exploited. Function of virtual turning system is enriched, and applying range extended. |
