| 摘 要： | 为探讨小儿先天性心脏病的发病原因,应用免疫荧光显微技术和酶联免疫吸附试验,对14例先天性心脏病患儿的母亲和对照组28例母亲进行了自身抗体检测。发现在14位患儿母体血清中,抗核抗体阳性8例,抗双链DNA抗体阳性6例;但在对照组28位母亲血清中未查见以上两类抗体。两组比较差异性非常显著(P <0.01)。结果提示先天性心脏病的发病可能与患儿母亲的自身免疫性相关。

| Abstract: | To sdudy the causes of congenital heart diseases, 42 mothers of 14 children patients with congenital heart diseases and 28 control children were detected for their autoantibod-ies, by means of immunofluorescent microscopy and ELISA . Antinuclear antibody (ANA) was found in 8 cases and anti-dsDNA antibody in 6cases out of 14patients' mothers in their sera. But neither of the antibldies was found in 28 control mothers. There's a significant difference in the 2 groups (p<0. 01). The result indicates that there may be some relativeness between congenital heart diseases and the maternal autoantibodies. |
