初探锰中毒早期诊断指标

目的：探讨锰中毒早期诊断指标。方法：世界卫生组织核心功能测试方法。结果：在车间锰浓度超过国家标准的环境中，锰作业工人的手敏捷度、数字跨度、数字译码、视觉记忆等指标的得分均明显低于对照组（P＜0．01），表明锰对作业工人的神经行为功能的影响是肯定的。结论：世界卫生组织推荐的核心功能测试方法可以作为检测神经系统亚临床损害的早期方法。

The study on the target for early detection of manganese poisoning

Objective: To study the ideal target for early dectection of occupational manganese poisoning at the subclinical stage. Methods: WHO neurobehavioral core test battery. Result: When occupational workers were exposed to high doses of manganese their neurobehavioral function were affected. The result showed that scores in santa Ana manual dexerity, digit span and digit symbol tests were singificantly lower than those in the control. Conclusion: WHO neurobehavioral core test is valid for early detection of occupational poisoning at the subclinical stage.
