| 摘 要： | 目的 研究芪归花宁心冲剂的最佳提取工艺。方法 以黄芪甲甙质量分数为指标，采用正交试验法考查提取溶媒、溶媒浓度、剂量、提取时间等因素对黄芪甲甙提取效率的影响。结果 黄芪的最佳提取工艺条件为：用60％乙醇提取3次，每次提取液为中药生药的5，4，3倍，每次提取时间为2，1．5，1．5h最好。结论 用正交试验法能检测出黄芪的最佳提取工艺条件。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the best extractive technique of Qiguihuaningxin granulae.Methods The index is astragalus root methyl glucoside mass of fraction.Using orthogonal design observation, extraction solvent,solvent concentration measurement,extractive time affect on astragalus root.Results The best extractive condition of Astragalus root is using 60% alcohol for three times.Extractive liquid is 5,4,3 times than Chinese medicine for each time.The extractive time is 2.0,1.5,1.5 hours.Conclusion The best extractive technique condition of astragalus root can be detected by using orthogonal test. |
