| 摘 要： | 目的观察用血液灌流串联血液透析抢救急性重度有机磷农药中毒的临床疗效.方法26例急性重度有机磷农药中毒,16例给予血液灌流串联血液透析治疗,同时100例对照组给予血液透析治疗,通过观察其临床变化、治愈率和副作用等来判定疗效.结果治疗组治愈率93.75%,显著优于对照组.结论血液灌流串联血液透析能有效清除体内有机磷,治疗严重并发症.用于急性重度有机磷中毒疗效显著.

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the therapy effect on acute fatal organophosporus pesticide poisoning treated with blood perfusion combined with hemodialysis.Methods There are 26 cases of acute fatal organophosphorus pesticide poisoning, 16 cases are treated with bloo perfusion combined with hemodialysis and at the same time 10 cases of control group are treated with hemodialysis. The therapy effect is judged through clinical change, curative ratio and side effect.Results The curative ratio of treatment group is 93.75% and superior to control group.Conclusion Organophosphorus in body can be cleared by using the method of bloo perfusion ombined with hemodialysis. This method has the obvious effect to treat acute fatal organophosphorus pesticide poisoning. |
