| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨玉津酒对类风湿性关节炎疾病模型（AA）的治疗效果及免疫学改变。方法 用完全佛氏佐剂诱导大鼠AA模型，灌胃服用玉津酒。结果：在诱导大鼠AA前灌胃服用玉津酒，可推迟大鼠AA的发作时间，降低发病率，关节为症明显减轻；在大鼠发生AA后服用玉津酒可明显抑制关节为症程度；服用玉津酒可抑制AA大鼠，T，B淋巴细胞增殖及IL－1活性。结果：玉津酒对AA具有良好的预防和治疗作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect of Yujin wine and observe the immunological changes.Methods The AA rat model by using complete Fu's adjuvant and then treated the AA rat by pouring Yujin wine into its stomach.Results The rat model treated with Yujin wine.The AA was postponed obviously;The disease incidence of AA reduced;symptoms was eased.These above phenomena occured on the AA rat after the AA rat's stomach was poured into Yujin wine before AA.The symptoms of the rat whose stomach was poured into Yujin wine after AA can be eased evidently too.Taking medicine of Yujin wine could inhibit the proliferation of T lymphocytes and B lymphocytes and reduce the activity of LI 1.Conclusion Yujin wine can prevent and cure the adjuvant induced arthritis for AA rat. |
