摘    要:目的 分析五味子21 a间在国产保健食品中作为原料的应用情况,为进一步研发五味子保健食品提供参考.方法 利用回顾性调查方法,抽取国家食品药品监督管理总局(CFDA)网站中1996—2016年已注册的保健食品信息,建立五味子保健食品专题数据库,分析五味子相关保健食品的功能分布、与之配伍的中药种类、频次、功效成分(或标志性成分)、地区分布及年代分布等.结果 1996—2016年期间含五味子的国产保健食品共有351个,涉及功能20种,配方原料数量最多6种,与五味子配伍使用的原料前5位为枸杞子、酸枣仁、人参、葛根、黄芪,功效成分涉及118种,申请地中前5位依次为北京市、广东省、陕西省、吉林省及黑龙江省.结论 含五味子保健食品的开发总量不足,档次较低,接近食品形态的剂型较少,没有形成基于五味子医药文化及民俗文化的品牌优势.

Abstract:Objective To analyze the application of Schisandra chinensis(Schisandra)as a raw material in domestic health foods in the past 21 years,thus to provide a reference for the further research and exploitation of Schisandra health foods. Method A retrospective investigation was conducted to collect the information of registered health foods on the website of China Food and Drug Administration(CFDA)from 1996 to 2016.Based on these information,a kind of health food containing Schisandra database was established to analyze function distribution,type and frequency of compatible Chinese herbs,ingredients(or indicator ingredients),region distribution and chronological distribution.Results A total of 351 domestic health foods containing Schisandra were registered from1996 to 2016,involving 20 functions.In all the formulae,the highest material number was 6.The top 5 raw materials compatible with schisandra were Fructus lycii,Semen ziziphi spinosae,ginseng,Radix puerariae, astragalus in sequence. The indicator ingredients related to 118 kinds. The top 5 provinces and municipalities applied for the health foods were Beijing,Guangdong,Shaanxi,Jilin and Heilongjiang in sequence. Conclusion The total amount of the health foods containing Schisandra was insufficient and at a low level,the common food forms were even less,the brand superiority relied on Schisandra medical culture and folk culture has not been established yet.
