摘    要:目的探讨复方党参多糖提取液对成纤维细胞SOD活性的影响.方法应用水提醇沉法制备复方党参多糖提取液,应用苯酚-硫酸法测定多糖含量.将不同浓度的复方党参多糖药液加入成纤维细胞中进行体外培养,并测定细胞培养液中超氧化物歧化酶的活力.结果复方党参多糖(m(党参)∶m(茯苓)∶m(黄精)=3∶2∶1)浓度为0.25 g/L时,对体外培养的成纤维细胞SOD活力有显著影响(P0.01).结论复方党参多糖提取液具有一定的抗氧化活性,可为探讨其体内抗氧化作用机制提供依据.

Abstract:Objective To discuss the effect of compound Codonopsis pilosula polysaccharide extract on SOD activity in fibroblasts.Method The polysaccharide of compound Codonopsis pilosula was prepared by the method of water extraction and alcohol precipitation,and the polysaccharide content was determined by phenol-sulfuric acid way.The polysaccharides of compound Codonopsis pilosula with different concentration were added to the fibroblasts for being cultured in vitro,and the activities of superoxide dismutase in cell culture medium were determined accordingly.Results Compound Codonopsis pilosula polysaccharide(Codonopsis pilosula : Poria cocos : Rhizoma polygonati=3 :2 : 1)with the concentration of 0.25 g/L had significant effect on the SOD activity of fibroblast cells cultured in vitro(P<0.01).Conclusion Compound Codonopsis pilosula polysaccharide extract has certain antioxidant activity,which will provide basis for the study of its anti-oxidative mechanism in vivo.
