摘    要:目的探讨类风湿性关节炎(RA)患者血清中Th17/Treg细胞变化特征,并对其与DAS28评分的相关性进行研究,为RA的靶向治疗提供新的科学依据.方法选取RA患者40例作为观察组,30例健康者作为对照组.应用流式细胞术检测两组血清中Th17/Treg细胞水平,两组间比较采用t检验;采用DAS28评分评估患者的病情,各变量间的相关性采用Pearson相关性分析.结果观察组血清中的Th17水平明显高于对照组,Treg水平明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P0.01);观察组Th17水平与DAS28评分呈明显正相关,Treg水平与DAS28评分呈明显负相关.结论 Th17在RA的发病过程中起着重要作用,Th17水平与疾病的严重性密切相关,临床上可指导疾病的预测和靶向治疗.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the changing characteristics of Th17/Treg cells in serum of the patients with rheumatoid arthritis ( RA) ,and to study the correlation between Th17/Treg cells and DAS28 score,so as to provide a new scientific basis for targeted therapy of rheumatoid arthritis. Method A total of 40 patients with RA were selected as the observation group,and 30 healthy persons as the control group. The levels of Th17/Treg cells in serum of the two groups were detected by flow cytometry,and the patients' conditions were evaluated by DAS28 score. The correlation between the variables was analyzed by Pearson correlation. Results Compared with the control group,serum Th17 level of the observation group was significantly higher that of control group and the level of Treg was significantly lower (P<0. 01). In the observation group,Th17 and DAS28 score showed a positive correlation,while the relativity between Treg level and DAS28 score was negative. Conclusion Th17 plays an important role in the pathogenesis of RA,and the level of Th17 is closely related to the severity of the disease, which has important guiding significance for the prediction and targeted therapy for the disease.
