摘    要:以黑果腺肋花楸茎尖和嫩叶为外植体,在MS培养基中加入不同种类与用量的生长调节剂,筛选黑果腺肋花楸组织培养繁殖培养基.结果表明:黑果腺肋花楸愈伤组织诱导效果较好的培养基为MS+6-BA 3.0 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L;不定芽诱导效果较好的培养基为MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L;不定根诱导效果较好的培养基为1/2 MS+IBA 0.05 mg/L;以泥炭土、松针、砂砾(2∶1∶1)为基质时,组培苗移栽成活率较高(成活率96%).

Abstract:Taking Aronia melanocarpa stem apices and leaves as explants,growth regulators with different kinds and amount cultured in MS culture medium,to screen the culture and propagation of Aronia melanocarpa tissue. The results showed:the better medium of induction effect of Aronia melanocarpa callus was MS+6-BA 3.0 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L;The induction effect of culture medium with good adventitious bud was MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L medium;Induction medium of adventitious root was 1/2 MS+IBA 0.05 mg/L.With peat soil,pine needles,gravel (2 : 1 : 1) as the matrix,the transplanting tissue culture seedling has higher survival rate (survival rate 96%).
