| 摘 要： | 本试验采用小白鼠常压缺氧实验方法,观测各组小鼠在缺氧情况下的存活时间,其结果表明:小鼠在灌胃给予心肌宁冲剂,剂量分别为2.5g/Kg和1.25g/Kg,早晚给药两次,连续给药5天,可显著地延长小鼠常压缺氧条件下存活时间(P<0.01)。

| Abstract: | Experiments were performed on mice by means of normal pressure anoxia tolerance test to observe and determine the survival time of mice in each group under anoxic condition. Xin Jining Chongji was intragastrically given to mice in dosages of 2. 5g/kg and 1.25g/kg respectively, twice a day in the morning and night for 5 consecutive days. The survival time of experimental groups under normal pressure anoxic condition was significantly prolonged (P<0.01) as compared with the control. |
