Comparison of the Curative Effect of Acetylsalicylate Momotherapy and the Combination with IHNMM on Unstable Angina Pectoris

Objective To compare the curative effect of acetylsalicylate monotherapy and the combination with Injection Heparinum Natricum Minor Molecularis(IHNMM,Schiffer) on unstable angina pectoris(UAP).Methods 172 patients with UAP were randomly divided into treatment group(acetylsalicylate + Schiffer) and control group(acetylsalicylate),and the course of treatment was one week.Results The total effective rate after one week treatment was 88.37% in the treatment group and 67.44% in the control group(P<0.05);after 4 weeks treatment,there was no acute myocardial infarction in the treatment group,but 6 cases with acute myocardial infarction(9.38%);no obvious adverse reaction was observed in the treatment group.Conclusion The application of IHNMM combined with the regular therapy can significantly reduce the incidence of acute myocardial infarction,as well as the number of episodes of angina pectoris,the combination therapy is more efficient.
