护士职业倦怠的社会学和心理学因素分析

摘    要:目的探讨职业倦怠对护士身心健康的影响,并提出干预对策.方法选取临床在职护士300名作为研究对象,调查内容包括性别、年龄、工作年限、学历、职称、工作科室共6项变量,采用马氏职业倦怠量表进行评价,应用SPSS 19.0统计学软件进行统计学分析.结果个人成就感消失阳性率为33.67%,情感衰竭阳性率为38.33%,人格解体阳性率为48.00%.结论情感衰竭、无个人成就感、人格解体是造成职业倦怠的主要因素.

Analysis of Sociology and Psychology Factors of Job Burnout in Nurse
Abstract:Objective To investigate the influence of job burnout in body and mind health of nurses, and put forward intervention countermeasures. Method Choose 300 clinical nurses as the research object, including gender,age,working years, education, job title, business department, a total of six variables. Evaluation of job burnout using Markov evaluation,and using SPSS 19. 0 statistical software for statistical analysis. Results Job burnout led to personal accomplishment disappear positive rate was 33 . 67%, the emotional positive rate was 38. 33%,and the dry depersonalization positive rate was 48. 00%. Conclusion Emotional failure, without a sense of accomplishment is the main factor of job burnout.
