寒冷地区老年心血管病患者冬季护理研究

目的探讨寒冷地区老年心血管病患者冬季护理方法.方法对照组45例老年心血管病患者冬季进行正常护理,观察组45例患者除正常护理外,还行饮食护理、心理护理和生活护理,比较两组患者的护理效果.结果观察组45例患者行冬季护理后,住院满意度为97%,平均住院时间为12 d,3个月内再次入院率为45%,出现脑出血1例,无死亡病例;对照组45例患者行冬季护理后,住院满意度为61%,平均住院时间为16 d,3个月内再次入院率为70%,出现脑出血3例,高血压进展为心梗6例,死亡5例.结论寒冷地区冬季对老年心血管病患者的护理除正常护理外,还要加强饮食护理、心理护理和生活护理,这样可降低老年患者的再次入院率,提高患者生活质量.

On Nursing Method for Northern Elderly with Cardiovascular in Cold Area

Objective To explore the nursing methods for the northern elderly with cardiovascular in cold area. Method The control group containing 45 patients accepted regular care in Cold Area,and the observation group (45 cases ) also accepted diet nursing, psychological nursing and life nursing based on the regular care. Results For the observation group,the satisfied degree was 97%,the average hospitalization time was 12 days, and the readmission rate within three months was 45%. There was 1 case of cerebral hemorrhage and no death in this group. While in the control group, the satisfied degree was 61%, the average hospitalization time was 16 days,and the readmission rate within three months was 70%. Three cases of cerebral hemorrhage,6 cases of myocardial infarction developed from hypertension and 5 cases of death were observed in the control group. Conclusion Except for the routine nursing,the diet nursing,psychological nursing and life nursing should be taken for the elderly cardiovascular patients in cold area,which could reduce the readmission rate,and improve the patients’ life qualities as well.
