| 摘 要： | 目的：用CAPD（即非卧床持续性腹膜透析）方法治疗尿毒症达到减轻病人痛苦，延长晚期尿毒症病人生命的作用。方法：采用广州暨南大学生物医学工程研究所研制的腹膜透析管，切开法植管，用天津市氨基酸公司袋装腹膜透析液，对我科1996～1997年住院的尿毒症病人用CAPD方法治疗进行临床观察。结果：用CAPD方法治疗晚期尿毒症病人与药物治疗比较，优于药物治疗，能够维持晚期尿毒症病人的生命。结论：用CAPD方法治疗晚期尿毒症病人安全有效，简便价廉，是晚期尿毒症病人维持生命的可靠有效方法，有推广应用价值。

| Abstract: | The therapy of CAPD is used to treat the patients suffering from chronic renal failure in uremia phase to prolong their lives.Method:Dialysis tube produced by biomedical engineering research instiute of Gannan University in Guang Zhou City is implanted with incision method and peritoneal dilysis liquidproduced by Amino Acid Company in TianJin is used.We observed those inpatients suffering chronic renal failure treated by CAPD in our department from 1996to 1997. Results: Compared the patients treated by CAPD with thease treted by medicine, The result of former is preferable to latter.Conclusion:This methodis afety effective,cheap,simple and convnient,It is effective to maintain the patients lives suffering from uremia and has the value to be widely used. |
