乳腺纤维瘤患者经乳晕切口手术及传统手术治疗的疗效及安全性对比分析

目的评价乳腺纤维瘤患者经不同术式治疗后的疗效及安全性.方法将选取的60例患者随机分为A,B两组,A组给予经乳晕切口手术,B组给予传统手术方法,对其术后效果进行评定.结果与B组比较,A组的总有效率明显提高,哺乳率明显优于前者(P0.05),两组复发率比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05).与B组比较,A组的手术及住院时间明显缩短,术中出血量明显减少(P0.05,P0.01).A组患者乳晕感觉正常,双侧乳房基本对称,手术瘢痕可接受程度明显高于B组(P0.05).两组术后瘢痕大小比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.05),血肿或瘀斑大小比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05).与B组比较,A组患者术后美容效果的满意度明显高于前者,并发症发生率明显降低(P0.05).结论经乳晕切口治疗乳腺纤维瘤的效果较好,能够有效减少切口瘢痕,使乳房外形美观,还可降低并发症、复发率,安全性较高,患者较为满意.

Comparative Analysis on the Efficacy and Safety of the Areola Incision Surgery and Traditional Surgical Treatments for Patients with Breast Fibroma

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of different surgical treatments for patients with breast cancer. Method 60 patients with breast ( mammary gland ) fibroma were randomly divided into group A (observation group) and group B (control group),and patients in the control group received the conventional surgical method and those in the observation group were treated with areolar incision surgery. Results The total effective rate of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the rate of breast feeding in the control group was significantly better than that in the control group ( P<0 . 05 ) , and the difference in the recurrence rate between the two groups was not significant ( P>0 . 05 ) . The operation duration and hospitalization length of patients in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the amount of bleeding during operation in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0. 05,P<0. 01). The patients' areola sensation were normal in the observation group,the bilateral breasts were symmetrical in the observation group and the accepted degree of surgical scar was significantly higher than that in the control group ( P<0 . 05 ) . The difference in the scar size at 3 months after operation between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0. 05),but the difference in the haematoma and ecchymosis size was not statistically significant (P>0. 05). Compared with the control group,the postoperative cosmetic effect of patients in the observation group was significantly higher, and the incidence of complications was significantly lower ( P<0 . 05 ) . Conclusion The therapeutic effects of areola incision surgery on mammary gland fibroma should be better,which can reduce the scar,make the breast appearance beauty,and also reduce the incidence of complications and the recurrence rate,with a high safety and high patient satisfaction.
