| 摘 要： | 目的探讨灵芝多糖对佐剂性关节炎大鼠血清IL-12的影响.方法用弗氏完全佐剂诱导大鼠佐剂性关节炎模型,以IL-12 EIA检测试剂盒检测大鼠血清IL-12水平.结果与对照组相比,灵芝多糖组对佐剂性关节炎大鼠血清IL-12的分泌具有明显的抑制作用(P<0.01).结论灵芝多糖可明显抑制佐剂性关节炎大鼠血清IL-12的分泌.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effects of ganoderan on adjuvant arthritis rats' serum IL-12.Methods Induce the model of arthritis in rats by freund's complete adjuvant(FCA) and then detect the level of IL-12 in rats'serum by IL-12 EIA kit.Results Compared with control group,ganoderan can inhibit the excretion of IL-12 in adjuvant arthritis rats' serum(P<0.01).Conclusion Ganoderan can inhibit the excretion of IL-12 in adjuvant arthritis rats' serum. |
