| 摘 要： | 目的研究糖尿病足的易患因素及临床治疗新方法.方法对58例糖尿病足患者的血糖情况、并发症、病程及足部病变程度进行分析,采用内外科综合疗法进行治疗.结果糖尿病足的发生与长期高血糖、足部血管闭塞及合并感染密切相关,内外科综合治疗是其最佳的治疗方法.结论控制高血糖、防止微血管病变、预防足部感染是防治糖尿病足的关键.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the risk factors and the new treatment methods of diabetes mellitus feet. Methods Fifty eight patients with diabetes mellitus feet were studied. The level of blood sugar, complications, course of disease and pathological changes of feet were analysed. Then, synthesized treatments of internal and surgical medicine were accepted. Results Occuring of diabetes mellitus feet were related to high level of blood sugar, closing up of blood vessel and infection of feet. It was the best treatment methods that synthesized treatments of internal and surgical medicine. Conclusion Controlling of high blood sugar, prevention of pathological changes of minute blood vessel and infection of feet were the important to the patients with diabetes mellitus feet. |
