川芎生物碱对局灶性脑缺血-再灌注大鼠血清中NO,NOS的影响

摘    要:目的研究川芎生物碱对局灶性脑缺血-再灌注大鼠血清中的一氧化氮(NO)、一氧化氮合酶(NOS)含量的影响.方法腹腔注射(ip)川芎生物碱50,100,200 mg·kg-1和生理盐水1周后将其制成局灶性脑缺血-再灌注大鼠模型并检测血清中的一氧化氮(NO)、一氧化氮合酶(NOS)含量,并与假手术组对照比较.结果缺血-再灌注组与假手术组相比,血清中的NO含量也显著升高(P《0.01);CHX50 mg·kg-1 ,CHX100 mg·kg-1,CHX200 mg·kg-1各组与缺血-再灌注组相比,血清中NOS活性(P《0.01)和NO含量(P《0.01)均显著降低.结论川芎生物碱能够降低血清中NO的含量、NOS的活性,减少大鼠神经功能的损害,减少脑组织损害.

Abstract:Objective The study was carried out to prove influences of the bioalkali ingredients of Chuanxiong on the content of NO,NOS in serum of focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion.Methods Three dose groups of CHX(50,100,(200 mg.kg~-(1))) and sodium chloride were administered by in intraperitoneally(ip) for seven days,the rat model of focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion was established and tested the content of NO,NOS in serum of rats,and comparing with the sodium chloride group.Results Cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injuries(CIRI) group compared with Pse-operation subgroup,there was obvious increase of the content of NO(P<0(.01));Each group of CHX(50 mg.kg~(-1)),CHX(100 mg.kg~(-1)),CHX(200 mg.kg~(-1)),compared with CIRI group,there were obvious reduce of content of NO and the activation of NOS.Conclusion The bioalkali ingredients of CHX can reduce the content of NO and the activation of NOS,it also reduced the nerves function and cerebral tissues injuries.
