| 摘 要： | 本文根据生活史培养收集的各期虫体,利用扫描电镜首次观察描述了巨片吸虫的虫卵,毛蚴、胞蚴、雷蚴、尾蚴、囊蚴、后蚴及成虫的体表细微结构。发现了虫卵卵壳的双层结构,成熟囊蚴腹面的盘状物和成虫阴茎的构造。并且对各期虫体的神经末梢进行较系统的描述总结。同时与肝片吸虫的虫体进行比较,找出两种吸虫体表细微结构的异同。

| Abstract: | This stereoscan study describes the morphology of eggs, freeswimming micracidia, sporocysts, rediae, cercariae, cysts, excysted metacercariae and adults. A comparison between Fasciola gigantica and F. hepatica is also brought out.
Several new structures are found, including doubld layers of egg shell disclike things on the venter of cysts and penial characteristics in detail. |
