| Abstract: | The optimization theories and methods were used to improve the quality of teaching and training for gymnastic class. The result indicates the teaching method of the optimization has a positive effect on the students in their learning and mastering the technique of movements.Suggestions have been put forward for the application of the optimization theory to the teaching and training of gymnastics. |
