| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料、录像观察、数理统计、比较等研究方法,从综合能力、核心能力与核心后卫3个层面,对第29届奥运会中国男篮后卫群体的弱势效应进行分析.研究结果表明,中国男篮后卫群体在综合能力上有3个指标(得分、助攻与抢断)与世界强队优秀后卫的差异具有显著性意义(P0.05).后卫队员缺少个人绝活,强对抗下得分硬实力不足,战术组织缺少技术支撑,攻防强度不对等,是造成中国男篮后卫群体与世界强队后卫群体能力差异的主要原因.建议中国男篮改变以高度为标准的择人模式,突出得分、攻击性防守与技战术能力在后卫培养中的地位,打造具有"快、准、灵"技术风格兼具个人绝活的后卫线.
