药用蕨类水提液和醇提液平板抑菌试验初报

应用纸片扩散法对２３种药用蕨类的水提液和醇提液进行抗细菌效果研究。结果表明，有６种蕨类的两种提取液对金黄葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、枯草杆菌及八叠球菌均有抑菌活性，它们各自最大抑菌圈直径均超过２０ｍｍ。有１１种蕨类的醇提液比水提液具有更强的抑菌活性。另有６种蕨类水提液的抑菌活性较醇提液的强。对受试菌有阳性结果的水提液，平均抑菌圈直径为１０．３ｍｍ，而醇提液则为１２．８ｍｍ。实验结果还表明，药用蕨类对枯草杆

A Preliminary Report on the Antibacterial of PWE and PAE from Medicina Pteridophytes

The waterextracts(PWE) and the alcohol extracts(PAE) from2 3 speciesof medicinal Pteridophytes were examined for antibacterial activity on Staphylococus aureus,Escherichia coli, Bacillussubtilisand Sarcina lutea.Six speciesof Pteridophytes exhibited higherantibacterial activity, in which both of their PWE and PAE was active againstfour tested becteria.Their maximal diameter of the zone of inhibition were over2 0 mm respectively.The antibacterial activity of PWE from six species of Pteridophytes showed more effective antibacterial activity as compared with PAE. But , from othereleven species of Pteridophytes,the activitesof PAE were much higherthan thatof PWA. The average diameters of the zone of inhibition of PWE and PAE were1 0 .3 mm and 1 2 .8mm respectively.The testalso showed thatthe response against B.subtilisand S.lutea were much higher than those againstother tested bacteria.
