| 摘 要： | 采用问卷调查法、文献资料法、访谈法、逻辑分析法等对普通高校田径运动普及、课程教学、竞赛等现状进行分析研究，文中指出：改革现有田径教学模式，构建田径健身教学体系，借鉴CUBA赛制，改革高校田径竞赛制度，发展高水平运动队，以期迅速摆脱目前高校田径运动的低糜现状，重现辉煌提供科学理论和实践依据。

| Abstract: | Through paper questionnaire, documentary material, interviewing and the method of logical analysis, this dissertation has studied and analyzed the current situations of the popularization of track and field sports in average colleges, as well as its teaching and competition system The article points out that it is necessary to reform the current teaching mode of this course, to constitute a health teaching system, and to reform the competition system by drawing on the competition experience of CUBA, in order to develop a high level sports team It aims at providing scientific theory and practical basis for swiftly casting off the ebbing situation of the present, for a splendid future in this field. |
