| 摘 要： | 根据近３０年的福州城市及其邻县的气候资料。本文分析了福州盆地自然地貌和城市人工地貌对城市气候的影响。文章认为。一方面，福州盆地自然地貌明显地控制着盆地中的风向并使福州城市气温高于盆地外的气温，另一方面，福州城市人工地貌的形成和发展也导致了近年来城市气温逐渐升高以及风速逐渐降低。为了改善城市气候环境，提高生活质量，必须采取措施限制城市规模过分扩大，降低建筑物密度，增加城市绿地，提高城市绿化覆盖率。

| Abstract: | According to the climate means(from 1961 to 1990) of Fuzhou City and its neighbouring areas, this paper analyses the natural landforms in Fuzhou basin and the influence exerting on urban climate by urban man made landforms One hand the natural landforms in Fuzhou basin controls evidently the wind direction, and the air temperature in the basin is higher than out basin, on the other hand the formation and development of the man made landforms in Fuzhou City lead to the rise of urban air temperature and the reduce of wind speed lately In order to improve the urban climate environment and people's life quality in Fuzhou City, we must limit to the scale of urban expending, reduce the density of buildings, make more places green by planting trees, flowers, etc |
