| 摘 要： | 对慢性中耳炎患者71例74耳在乳突根治术中取鼓窦脓性分泌物进行真菌培养，取材阳性率为45．9％（34／74）。慢性中耳乳突炎治疗中需作包括霉菌在内的致病菌培养以便更合理而科学地治疗，不可盲目用药。

| Abstract: | To study the problems of fungal infection in the chronic mastoiditis .From 1984 to 2001, the sample from the antium cavinty when performing the mastoidectomy, the sample for the culture both bacteria and fungal , The samples positive of fungal culture was 48 6%(34/74). For best to treatment the mastoiditis must to take the sample for bacteria curture include both bacteria and fungal don't depute to use the medicine. |
