| Abstract: | At present, it is a popular approach to combine the application of GIS control with object oriented programming language in the work of secondary development of GIS. This technical approach will make full use of the powerful function of GIS control in displaying and manipulating geographical information as well as the agility of object oriented programming language in system design. In this paper, the author takes the development of a Marine Function Zoning MIS as an example to validate the practicality of the approach. |
