| 摘 要： | 白灵菇菌丝体通过热水抽提,去蛋白,乙醇沉淀,无水乙醇及乙醚离心,得到多糖粗制品.经DEAE-纤维素离子交换柱层析纯化,得到多糖精制品.利用Sephadex G-200凝胶柱层析进行纯度检测,表明达到了均一的纯度.

| Abstract: | The crude Pleurotus nebrodensis polysaccharide was prepared by means of the following procedures: extracting mycelia with hot weather,removing protein,precipitating with alcohol,centrifuging with ether,and was purified by ionexchange chromatography on DEAE-cellulose column.The purified polysaccharide was examined to be homo-geneous by using chromatography of the sephadex G-200 column. |
