| 摘 要： | 本文采用特尔菲法决定港口等级评价因子,并采用AHP方法决定各因子的权重,最后应用Fuzzy综合评判方法对福建沿海港口进行等级划分,得出了福建省48个年吞吐量在万吨以上的大小港口的等级,并对划分结果进行了分析。
