摘    要:采用纸片法对3种褐藻的乙醇提取物进行抗动植物病原菌的实验.结果表明:3种褐藻的抗细菌活性强于抗真菌活性.大部分薄层层析分离组分的抗菌活性均强于未分离前的海藻粗提物.3种褐藻均对3种鱼病病原菌具有抑菌活性,其中以羊栖菜的抑菌效果为最好.其具体的活性物质还有待于作进一步的研究.

Abstract:Ethanol extracts and fractions of three brown algae separated on TLC were tested for their efficacy against phytopathogenic microorganisms and animal pathogenic bacteria through the agar disc diffusion method. As a result, the antibacterial activities of ethanol extracts and fractions from three brown algae were stronger than antifungal activities in the test against phtopathogenic microorganisms. The antibacterial and antifungal activities of the most of fractions obtained through a TLC profile were stronger than those of crude extracts. Ethanol extracts of the three brown algae showed varying amount of activities against three fish pathogenic bacteria. Among them, extracts from Sargassum fusiforme(Harv.)Suringar showed the greatest activity against Ameromonas punctata. Further, characterizations of these substances were needed to deeply research.
