碱性脂肪酶水解纸浆中的甘油三酸酯的研究

摘    要:讨论了用龙马牌碱性脂肪酶处理以马尾松为主要原料的磨木浆(GP)树脂中所含TG的水解情况,用水解后生成的脂肪酸的量的大小,水解后纸浆滤液中分散树脂的状态和纸浆滤液的粘度变化趋势来评价纸浆中TG的水解程度,研究结果表明,在一定条件下,纸浆滤液中脂肪酸的量随脂肪酶用量的增加及反应时间的延长而增大,纸浆酶解后的滤液中树脂液滴由大变小,数量由多变少,纸浆中的TG水解后产生的脂肪酸和甘油对纸浆的粘度几乎没有佬

Abstract:This paper discussed that Longma alkaline lipase hydrolyzed TG of pitch in grundwood pulp(GP) which was produced from Chinese red pine ( Pinus massoniana ),quantified fatty acids in hydrolysates,observed dispersed pitch and estimated viscosity in aqueous pulp suspension which was hydrolyzed in the presence of lipase.Hydrolysis degree of TG in aqueous pulp suspension was evaluated by the above mentioned means.The results showed that,under given conditions,quantity of fatty acids in aqueous puly suspension gradually increased with the increase of concentration of lipase and the prolonging of reaction time;size and number of dispersed pitch particles in aqueous pulp suspension were decreased by using lipase;fatty acids and glycerin, hydrolysates,hardly exerted an influence on viscosity of the aqueous pulp suspension.
