| 摘 要： | 工业废水排放量的大小受工业发展水平、产业结构、产品结构、技术工艺及设备水平、管理政策、环境法规等多因素的综合影响.以江苏省为例,重点分析制造业结构变化与工业废水排放之间的相互关系.研究结果表明:工业废水排放量的增加主要源于生产规模的扩大;产业结构的调整对工业废水排放的减少没有实质性贡献;工业废水达标排放主要是通过技术改造实现的. |

| Abstract: | The waste drainage of industry is affected by its scale,structure, products, technology and equipments , as well as the environmental management and policy .This article focuses on the relationship between change of structure and waste drainage of industry .It is showed by this study that the enlargement of industrial scale caused the increase of waste industrial drainage. The improvement of industrial structure has no decisive contribution to reducing the water pollution,however,the industrial technology plays an important role on decreasing of industrial water pollution. |
