技击意识的培养对太极拳教学效果影响

在二十四式简化太极拳课的研究、示范、练习等教学过程中引入技击方法，使之与拳式的教学有机地结合。通过教学中的对比实验和研究，结果显示技击练习对太极拳教学具有特殊的作用，表现在能增进对太极拳拳式和拳理的认识，提高学生学习太极拳的效率，便于他们记忆，且不易遗忘。同时能培养学生学习太极拳的兴趣。

Effects of Combat Recognition on Taijiquan Coarse
