| 摘 要： | 采用薄板层析对红曲样品进行初步的分离，降低了红曲中色素的干扰，根据桔霉素本身具有在激发态下产生荧光的特性，结合荧光检测采用反相HPLC法较为成功地测出福建红曲中桔霉素的含量。

| Abstract: | This experiment adopts the TLC to proceed the separation of the first step to the Monascus sample, lowering the interference of pigment, according to citrinin oneself have fluorescent characteristic under excitation state , combination fluorescence examination, adopts the method of HPLC to proceed successfully the measurement the citrinin deal of the Fujian Monascus produce. |
