| Abstract: | This paper gives a comment on the technological innovation ability in the domestic cartoon industry with the evaluation of innovation theory and innovation theory.It focuses on the new product,new markets and innovation subjects,education and training,technology opportunities and technological achievements.Therefore,it explores the relationship between the development of cartoon industry and technological innovation. |
