摘    要:环境微生物学实验是环境类专业的必修主干课程,与生产实际紧密结合,其教学效果至关重要。在研究性教学思想的指导下,以提高学生学习积极性、合作性学习能力和解决实际问题的能力为目标,针对环境微生物学实验课程的教学方式、教学内容和考核评价方式等方面进行了系统改革和调整:(1)优化整合理论课和实验课程教学内容;(2)将基本操作训练整合到与工程实际相一致的综合型实验之中;(3)侧重实验教学过程考核和基本规范操作考试,弱化理论考察。经过为期三年的研究性教学实践,取得了显著的教学效果。

Abstract:Environmental microbiology experiment is the main required course in environmental engineering and science,and the technology is widely used in practice.The teaching effectiveness is critical for students.In order to inspire the student’s interest and foster the applied capacity of students on integrated knowledge,a series of reforms is implemented during Environmental microbiology experiment teaching,including the teaching method,the teaching content and the assessment strategy:(1)Optimization and integration of theoretical and experiment teaching;(2)Coordination of the basic experiment technology with the comprehensive designed experiments;(3)Design of assessment methods for basic technology and study processes.Exciting teaching results are presented for the last two years.
