| 摘 要： | 休闲日益成为人们日常生活的重要组成部分,大学生休闲教育问题正成为社会关注的对象。文章以宁波市高校大学生为例,在实证调查的基础上对高校大学生休闲教育的现状作出分析,进而有针对性地提出关于休闲教育实践的具体策略,希望能对大学生休闲教育有所启示和推动。
