| 摘 要： | 人们业已认识到传统高校思想政治教育的根本缺憾是"现实的人"的缺场。目前的高校思想政治教育注重了现实的人的生存和发展的需要,注重了尊重受教育者的主体性,教育方法也开始从"灌输"转向"疏导",但是有主体性僭越之趋势,并且在实践教育方面还尚显不够。以马克思主义人学思想为指导,坚持现实性、个人价值与社会价值相统一、科学性与革命性相统一、实践性等原则,是提高高校思想政治教育效果的根本取向。
