| 摘 要： | 传统实践教学方法由于过于简单化、形式化而无法满足知识产权本科教育的需求，知识产权专业事务所教学法仿效专利商标事务所的模式建立实践教学事务所，学生以主体身份参与其中，通过熟悉、模拟、实战三个步骤的训练获得从业技能。该教学法使实践教学模式完成了由“主听”、“被动”、“模拟”、“班级教学”的传统模式到“主讲”、“主动”、“实战”、“个别教学”新型教学模式的转变，革除了传统实践教学与实际需要脱节的弊病。

| Abstract: | The traditional practice-teaching method can’t meet the needs of undergraduate education for its simplification and formalization.Office-teaching method of intellectual property rights speciality is carried out by building a law office which imitates the patent and brand office.Student learn work skill by taking three steps:getting familiar with the work,simulating and operating in the office.With the new practice-teaching method,the teaching mode was changed from "listening,being passive,simulating and class-teaching" to "speaking,being initiative,operating and individual-teaching".Thus it dealt well with practice teaching and the actual demands. |
